We like to work with our clients so we have a flexible Agreement which is discussed and agreed before we act.
If you have a business for sale we offer:
- A simple one-page Agreement
- No exit fees if your business is withdrawn from sale
- No long tie-ins (no minimum 12 month contracts etc.)
- Fair and reasonable commission rates - separate Tariffs for small and larger businesses
- No Sale - No Fee

Business buyers of course are not charged for any enquiries as we are remunerated by the vendor. However where there is no conflict of interest we do offer a Buyer Search service and will be pleased to discuss this.
